Cailin went upstairs to her room, too tired to go to youth group, and came downstairs dressed in "the perfect outfit" to wear. After describing the process of selecting the top, leggings, and accessories, she explained to her sister and I that she felt better now that her outfit was "
corporated".

That is so precious! I love how it shows that she is growing up yet still trying to figure it all out. It's such awkward, yet wonderful time.
She'll love looking back on this post when she is older. :)
So cute - and, don't we all feel better when we do that???
I've enjoyed catching up on your other posts. As a youth ministry team member, I'm amazed every year when the little ones move up to middle school and join youth. They seem so small, yet growing up. She is getting ready to thrive and have the time of her life! But, I know you wish for it to slow down just a little :)
Thank GOOOOOODNESS. :)
I remember when my dtr was 3, I painted her nails, and she looked up at me with serious eyes and said, "You better push back my barnacles, too."
Treasures.
Hey Kelly!
I normally read your posts in my Google reader so I didn't notice your new blog look. I love it! And the picture of you is great!
